If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation fee is the full session rate.
To reschedule an appointment, please contact our office via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.
We do not offer direct billing. Each insurance plan is different; please check the coverage you have with your insurance provider. Most insurance providers cover counselling sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, e-transfers. Payment is typically required at the time of service.
