What is the cancellation policy?

If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation fee is the full session rate.

How can I reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule an appointment, please contact our office via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer direct billing. Each insurance plan is different; please check the coverage you have with your insurance provider.  Most insurance providers cover counselling sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

What are the accepted forms of payment?

Accepted Answer

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, e-transfers. Payment is typically required at the time of service.

How can I get my receipt of payment?

Accepted Answer

Receipt is automatically sent to your email address after a payment has been made. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder, or email us on info@journeytogether.ca or call us on 672-667-0203 (during office hours).
