I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. After completing MSc in Counselling Psychology and MA in Sociology in India, I graduated from Adler University in Masters in Counselling Psychology.

I believe in the inherent resilience and wisdom of my clients and trust their capacity to make decisions that serve their best interests. I subscribe to the belief that true transformation occurs when individuals embrace their thoughts and emotions rather than resisting or avoiding them.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in providing a nurturing and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. I offer ample space for self-reflection and growth, encouraging clients to take gradual steps towards realizing their aspirations.
I place great value on these "baby steps" recognizing them as significant milestones on the path to personal fulfillment and well-being. My goal is to accompany clients on their journey of self-discovery, providing unwavering support and guidance along the way.
Therapies
I integrate principles from several evidence-based therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each individual or couple I work with. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients develop psychological flexibility by teaching them to accept their thoughts and emotions rather than struggling against them. Through mindfulness and value-based action, clients learn to move towards a richer, more meaningful life.

Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) guides my work in helping couples navigate challenging emotions within their relationship. I assist partners in identifying, processing, and coping with difficult emotions, including those that may have been suppressed or invalidated in childhood. By fostering emotional awareness and validation, couples can cultivate deeper connection and intimacy.

Additionally, I incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in developing skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT techniques can help shift unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, empowering clients to build resilience and create a life that aligns with their values.
Recognizing that every individual is unique and that difficulties arise from a variety of factors, I tailor my therapeutic approach to address the specific needs and goals of each client or couple. By combining insights from these diverse modalities, I aim to provide comprehensive support that fosters growth, healing, and lasting change.
